The Parker Memorial Curtains

At a recent meeting of the Parochial Church Council, the plans for the Memorial to the late Mr. Parker (Church Warden) which had been discussed and submitted by the family were gladly approved and steps have been taken to submit the plans to the Consistory Court to obtain a faculty for their execution. Should this be granted (and there seems to be no reason why this should not be) it will give to the Church a most dignified Baptistry, a more fitting setting for the Sacrament of Christian initiation into Christ's Church, which we have needed for a very long time.
