On Sunday, the 9th, January, at 6.30 p.m., we were pleased to welcome to St. Jude's Dr. Peter Forster, Bishop of Chester, to a joint service of Holy Communion and the licensing of the Rev. E. Trevor Davies as Assistant Minister to the churches of Bunbury, Calveley and Tilstone Fearnall.
The lessons were read by Mr. Dennis Burrows and Mr. John Lloyd.
We would like to thank members of the choir of St. Boniface for their participation in the service.
Light refreshments were served in the Church Hall following the service, when members of the congregation had the opportunity to meet the Bishop.
