Look with Mercy...
O Lord Jesus Christ, you were homeless in the moment of your birth; look with mercy on the hungry and homeless of our world today. You were a refugee fleeing from political persecutors: look with mercy on all those displaced by war or hounded by governments and forces who seek to deny them their freedom. You were rejected even before you were born and often dismissed throughout your life: look with mercy on all those who feel rejected by society and lack friends to give them hospitality and love. You still suffer with your people; look with mercy on us all.
